Matt Boudinot is back for a sequel course! Dakota County Technical College in cooperation with the City of Farmington EDA is excited to present "AI for Small Business V2: From Curiosity to Capability" workshop. Please bring your laptops with you.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this intermediate level 2-hour workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Engineer a Brand Persona: Construct a reusable "Brand Voice" prompt that trains AI models to mimic their specific tone and style, eliminating the generic "robotic" sound of default AI responses.
  2. Accelerate Content Production: Apply their Brand Persona to generate a complete "One-Week Content Sprint" (emails, social posts, and scripts) in under 30 minutes.
  3. Develop a Custom Knowledge Bot: Design and deploy a "no-code" custom chatbot (using ChatGPT or Gemini Gems) that references internal documents (like policy manuals) to answer employee or customer questions accurately.
  4. Prototype a Business Tool: Navigate Google AI Studio to build a specialized, single-purpose AI application (like a Review Responder) without writing a single line of code.
  5. Formulate an Implementation Strategy: Create a prioritized "AI Action Plan" matrix to identify and schedule high-impact/low-effort tasks for immediate automation.

This free class is open to all Farmington employees and businesses, we simply as that you register at AI for Small Business V2.
