RecTrac (the city's Recreation registration software) & E-Permits (the city's online permit application software) will be down from 11:59 pm on Monday, Nov. 17 until the afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 18 due to the finance software conversion. No registrations/payments can be taken online or in-person.
